Terms of service
In effect from 9 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Azraf Al Monzim, an individual in Bangladesh, who runs fisfis (fisfis.cc and the fisfis apps). By using fisfis you accept them. If you do not, do not use it. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy policy.
1. Who may use fisfis
You must be 18 or older. That applies to holding an account, writing to someone, calling someone and Match.
You must be able to make a binding agreement where you live, and not be barred from using the service by law. We close accounts held by anyone under 18.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Usernames are first come, first served, and some are reserved. We may reclaim a username that impersonates somebody, infringes a trademark or misleads people.
3. What is not allowed
Anonymous is not consequence-free. Do not use fisfis to:
- harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, or encourage self-harm;
- share or ask for any sexual content involving a minor. We have zero tolerance for this and report it, see Child safety;
- post hate speech, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
- share someone's private information or intimate images without their consent;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead people about who you are where it causes harm;
- send spam, scams or malware, or use automated tools to send messages, place calls or create accounts;
- break the law, or infringe somebody else's rights, including copyright;
- try to identify an anonymous sender against their will, or get around a block;
- interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or get around its limits.
4. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can block anyone who writes to you, and report a message or call from inside your inbox or the app.
We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, block senders or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, with or without notice where safety requires it. If we act on your account and you think we got it wrong, write to support@fisfis.cc and we will look again. Serious abuse can also be reported to abuse@fisfis.cc.
5. Your content
What you write stays yours.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run fisfis: to deliver it, show it to the person it was sent to, keep backups, moderate it and turn it into share cards when you ask. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law. You are responsible for having the right to send what you send.
6. Calls
Calls are anonymous voice calls relayed through our provider. They are not recorded by us. Do not record another person without the consent your law requires. Calls are not a phone service and cannot reach emergency numbers.
7. Match
Match is for adults looking to meet other adults. Use your own photos, give your real age, and be honest. You decide when to reveal who you are; nobody is revealed alone. We do not run background checks. Take care when meeting anyone in person, and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.
8. The apps
If you downloaded fisfis from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; Apple is not responsible for the app or its support and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. Where these terms and a store’s terms conflict on the licence to use the app, the store’s terms win. We may ask you to update the app before you can keep using it.
9. Ending
You can ask to delete your account at any time from Settings. Your page goes offline at once and the account is erased within 30 days.
See Delete your account. We may stop offering fisfis or close an account under section 4. Sections 5 (for content already shared), 10, 11 and 12 survive the end of this agreement.
10. No warranty
fisfis is free and provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for what other people send you.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you mandatory protections, you keep them, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app and on this page before it takes effect; continuing to use fisfis after that means you accept it. Questions go to support@fisfis.cc.
