Child safety standards

In effect from 9 October 2026

fisfis has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualisation of minors. This page sets out our standards and how to report a concern.

Adults only

fisfis is for people 18 and older. Accounts held by anyone younger are closed and their data erased.

What is prohibited

  • Any content that sexualises, depicts or describes the sexual abuse of a minor, real or generated.
  • Contacting a minor for a sexual purpose, or grooming of any kind.
  • Threatening to share intimate images of anyone, including to extort them.
  • Sharing links to, or asking for, any such content.

How to report

  • In the app or on the web: open the message or call and use Report. Senders can report a reply from their thread page.
  • By email: write to abuse@fisfis.cc with the username or link involved. You do not need an account.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

What we do

  • Reports about children are reviewed first, ahead of every other report.
  • We remove the content, close the accounts involved and preserve what the law requires us to preserve.
  • We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities in the country concerned, as the law requires.
  • We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
  • Uploaded images are scanned automatically, and messages pass through word filters, before anyone sees them.
